Needless to say we were very anxious about using an internet retailer, since the cost of glass walls/door is not cheap, and glass can't be altered once it's cut. As soon as we placed our order online, yourconsultant called us within 24 hours to go over all measurements and make sure the were correct. After your engineer reviewed our order, they had some questions about the layout, and then we then provided a hand-drawn schematic of our bathroom. Again, they called to discuss, to ensure they understood the entire layout and nothing was missed. The glass was securely packaged and delivered to our home very timely. All products were flawless and very high-end. When it came to the installation, we had questions, and were walked through step by step by one of your consultants. Our shower turned out beautifully and was completed 40% under what we were quoted by a contractor. Thanks Eshowerdoor, I would highly reccomend your product and team to anyone looking to enhance a bathroom setting.

It was perfect for a guy like me who likes to do their own work. I searched the web and did not find any other company doing what you offered. When I suggested we write about the shower door he said, "I like it because the doorway is roomy, inside its private but I can see out the design, and when I go in the door swings in and when I come out the door swings out. I like that." I did the measuring and ordering online with eshowerdoors. They called the next day to verify the order and I asked if they would do a simple custom design to match the floor tile, see the picture. We did a swoop on the top of the door to let out more steam. The price was right, big savings. Everything arrived in a wood crate, and I do mean everything - the glass, hinges and instructions of course and all the little things we didn't expect including the tile drill bits, screws, anchors, special glue and cocking, even the allen wrench for the hinges; a very complete set. My brother and I did the installation; it didn't take too long and wasn't too hard. My suggestion is to always have someone strong to lift the ½ inch panels of glass they are heavy. Thank you eshowerdoors, you have given us great service, a fabulous custom product, and a good reason to tell others to use your company and order online. Good Day, I just wanted to say that after installing my frameless shower door units I am very pleased with the instructions, albeit one minor annoyance. As a recommendation I would try to find a general statement that when taking measurements the width measurement should be made at the approximate location of the hinges. The single door unit I purchased was tight to the point that I had to route and embed the hinge into the tile. Using a homefabricated template, the embeded looks great, and will send photo along once I have applied grout. Other than my error in measuring, the units look great, and the quality of the hardware is excellent. The one local installer was extremely pricey, so based on a quote from him, I saved myself a ton of money. Maybe I should apply for installation references.

The water here has spotted all of our expensive fixtures, dispite daily cloth drying after use. The shower glass seems impervious to spotting, and I am only too glade to squeegie the glass dry after each use anyway. Our neighbors have beenb atounded not by the wonderful glass, plumbing and tile work in our remodel, but by the lack of spotting on the glass! Your turnaround time was probably a month shorter than anyone quoted us in the state of Hawaii. The price, turnaround, customer support, percision cuts, shipping, superior products, and helpful instructions and accessories have made yours one of our very best remodeling experiences!

I purchased a Euro Swing 2D shower door with Geneva hinges and square wall clamps from you several weeks ago. I'm in Hawaii and it arrived in perfect condition in a wooden crate that could have survived an Iraqi IUD. It was cut exactly to measurements and installation was a breeze. This is a brief note to let you know how pleased we are with the shower enclosure that we just installed. Although we approached this job with some trepidation, we managed to install the glass enclosure withno serious damage to us or the glass. Actually, the installation turned out great - even the aquarium corner looks great. The quality of the materials, the clarity of the directions and the completeness of the tools, glue, etc. were outstanding. We figure we saved well over a thousand dollars by purchasing and installing as we did. (based on quates we received locally)

To me the trickiest part was sealing the aquarium beveled corner. Ihad to redoit because of the tightfit and difficulty to squeeze enough sealant between the glass edges. The resulting air bubbles are extremely visible on the corner and ruin the look of otherise beautiful glass. Now it looks great. Thanks for the help.
