The Cologne Sequence of professional frameless shower door hinges is designed to accommodate 3/8 to 1/2 inch (10 to 12 millimeter) glass. The heavy duty Cologne hinge is same in styling to the standard duty Pinnacle hinge, and the BGCU1 clamps. Available in both Wall Mount and Glass-to-Glass styles, it offers layout flexibility. Cologne Series Hinges are built of solid brass with all moving components (pins and springs) in stainless steel. This hinge requires a glass cutout for the hinge body. Two strategically placed pins inside the hinge provide template options, and fulfill two schools of thought for mounting shower door hinges. It will allow the Cologne Hinge to be used with it's own "mouse-ears" cut-out, or in most instances fit competitive "mouse-ear" cut-outs. On the other hand, to enable increased adjust-ability, the two pins may be taken off which permits the Cologne Hinge to fit it's own rectangular shape, sq. cornered cut-out, or in some situations, fit competitive rectangular shaped, square cornered cut-outs.
